Style T28 Fiberglass Tape is made of woven fiberglass similar to style 7628 which is a much tighter weave than the T33 which is similar to the more open weave 3733 or 7533 fiberglass cloth weaves.  T28 is available in 4" and 10" widths.  This cloth is made in the U.S. and is finished in the clear silane 627 for any resin.  All rolls are 50 yards each.
